so my local dealer finally got a gen coupe 3.8 manual
Gray with a brown leather and OH MY GAWD!!!
LOOKS MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
I didn't get to drive it because it was in the showroom, but i got to play around with it inside. few observations
-interior quality was very good. better than pictures. it's not pretending to be a luxury car for sure. the silver plastic actually wasn't that bad. it's same material as veracruz's dash. definitely not a deal breaker. overall the layout looked very simple, functional and practical.
-trunk was very deep, but opening was very small, i don't think a fat luggage will fit.
- the engine sounded great, and infinity stereo was top quality.
-both front and passenger sit felt awesome. didn't even bother trying to sit in the back. it's only for kids under 10.
-the grill looked good. i was bit worried about the grill, but didn't really bother me at all. actually it looked great in person. very aggressive front. headlight housing was blacked out. looked great. it didn't look big or looked small.
-side Z lines is a beauty. i remember many people didn't like the Z line on pics, but in person, it's AWESOME!! there were 8-9 guys drooling at the coupe everyone was in love with the side and the rear.
damn, i'm convinced that this will be my new car!!! i'm gonna wait till 4 banger!

does the Gen coupe had LED tail lights (stock)? Doesn't seem like it does in pictures, which makes no sense to me considering the sedan has them.

looks pretty sick in person even stock and u can see the modding potential. well, it's already been modded to hell in south korea. i'd much rather have one of these than a civic si coupe.

The Genesis Coupe site is on point. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. They get a check plus for presentation.

I was at a car show 2 days ago and I saw a silver 2.0T. It was on the display so i couldnt sit in it but it didn't look as nice as that 3.8 the OP posted. It looked more plain and just not THAT nice. I on the other hand thought that 370 looked way nicer in person then the pictures I saw and would pick 370 over the shown genesis.
