I aree the lady got screwed but it's partially her own fault. When the salesman says "I got it in stock", the correct answer before putting your money down is "Let's take a look at it".

Tolls 2 of the 3 trips to queens, 1 x twice = $28.75
Gas Mileage 40 miles each way, 2 of the 3 trips plus trip back for registration: 180 miles at the federal rate of 48.5 cents per mile = $87.30
Breakfast: $16.15
Wiring transfer fee (unnecessary as the car was not ready when promised): $40
