I hear ya about the diff. You think your 2.92s are bad? Try 2.65s in my Charger lol which makes it pretty much a dog off the line. We have the option of 3.06s from the Daytona and SRT8s or 3.73s and 3.91s from the Challengers. Someday I'll probably invest in some better gears when I don't care as much about MPGs.
good news im getting diff replaced for free... had the car inspected at the dealer and they just ordered parts... so right after i left dealership i flashed the car again first time with intake and LET ME TELL YOU now this thing GOES and sounds much better

3:27 sounds like it would be perfect beacuse gearing is way too tall... its like im flooring it and 3rd gear never ends lol

dont get me wrong its fun to drive in the mountain run as well i would compare it to e39 m5 minus 6mt tranny... worst part about g8 is throttle response is terrible but it gets better when u shut the DOD off. 23-25mpg hwy isnt bad at all

Always kinda liked the G8 though I would never consider purchasing one personally...

I couldn't deal with the automatic transmission either.

The G8's awesome, now you just need to work on your photography skills.

What brand/style headers did you go with? Was there a noticeable difference in performance?

Well it was my GS3 pics edited in photobucket. They are not great I know.

I didn't buy headers yet but it looks like kooks mid headers 1 7/8 will be on the car soon

Having a different opinion? Okay.

Expressing a differing opinion civilly in the course of discussion? Okay.

Dropping in from nowhere and posting inflammatory insults? Troll.

This thread makes me regret not picking up a severely discounted G8 GXP when Pontiac was going under.

My apologies Anil, but if someone blatantly calls me out, I'm not going to let it go without a response. Especially someone as ignorant as.....
