op, did they do the whole works including door jambs and engine bay?
I didnt know INS would cover a complete colour change for some clown keying your car?
if so wouldn't ppl be keying there own car all the time ?

Well they don't care what color is my car going to be painted and trust me I went through hell with them to have it covered. I was almost giving up on it. Investigation was on for over 6 weeks. Worst part is I didn't know that my cheap ass didn't get rental coverage. I'm just glad it's over and can't wait to have my car back. Tomorrow I think it's 8 weeks. I parked my car for few days and went for a trip came back to carnage. Nobody wants to go through this. There was a damage on basicly every panel of the car. When I saw it I sat on the curb and almost cried.
Tomorrow I hope they will finish with the bumper and I will be able to pick it up
Let's move on and not talk about this.

I was just curious about it all as my GF works in the insurance sector for a bank and we were talking about this exact scenario..

Personally not a fan of tire shine, and looking dull doesn't mean they're drying out, nor is a shine needed to keep them from dry rotting. In fact, several tire shines actually increase dry rot.

It's a running joke because in some places (like South Florida) people say getting tints since it's plural and many windows. In other places, people like to point out that getting tint on the car overall would include all the windows and they seem to get REALLY annoyed when you say you're getting TINTS. 
I personally like tire shine, but not the built up gunk that goes along with it. I use zaino or surf city on an applicator to give it that new look...basically eliminating the little dust or brownish look of shiet you pick up on the road (like the white you get driving down a gravel road).
Love the V wheels on there...
