Three years with the car..
I'm at 67k and it's been a good commuter car. I've had nothing else go wrong with it. I detailed the interior today, and I'll probably do the exterior next week.
I'll probably keep it another year at the most until I make a regular position at my new job.. Then I'll probably get a 4WD of some kind. I'm still wanting a bike friendly car.

Null and proud of it
I know someone who gets 38 mpg, on a 10-15 mile one-way highway trip and regular getting around!!! 2013-2015 EX-L i4...
Can't forget, HondaProJason on YouTube did 0-60 in about 7.5, so it's not a slug either!!!

Closing in on 71k.. Had the car serviced/inspected today. Right rear shock is leaking.. They are going to warranty it.
Add that to the minor quality issues I've had with the car.

The power and handling is night and day. The 7 inch touch screen and keyless start is a nice feature. I really like the walk away auto lock as well.
the extra space is nice. I can actually sit behind my driving position with the new one.. that's something I could do before.
I may get called off today, so if that's the case, I'll detail it and get some decent pics

The night I brought it home
After a detail
After a quick trip from Fresno to my parents place
Then on my way back to SLO, I averaged 44mpg until I came across a fatal five car accident after the 41/46 merge, so I had to backtrack through Parkfield to San Miguel..ended up averaging 41 mpg over 175 miles with some spirited driving down the rural roads. Im pretty happy with it so far
Also, this was the day after I bought it..someone with an almost identical car to my old one parked behind mine, and confused the hell out of me

I honestly love the new Civic. Really solid car with some surprisingly good features. Congrats!

Nice, the turbo too.
I was really pleasantly surprised by the latest gen Civic. It grew on me quickly, and looks great in person. Roomier inside than Accords only a few gens prior as well.

I hit 1k yesterday. Already got my plates and installed LED low beams. Not sure if I like them.. I think they're too blue. Maybe I'm just not used to them..they do match the DRLs though
Going to Santa Barbara to see Glass Animals today.. Not sure if we're taking the Civic or the CRV.

Congrats! A classmate of mine also got the new Civic and it looks great, both inside and out.

Thanks all still pretty happy with it. The power is nice and you can hear the turbo spool nicely. These things seem to respond well to mods.. I may just get an intake and call it a day since it's a lease. Not sure if I'll buy it out. I'll probably end up with a truck after this pending commute and what not at the time.
they grow on you.. It's funny, the window sticker says LED tails, but only the running lights are LED, the brake lights are still regular bulbs.

2.5k mile update. Been to Fresno a few times this month..averaged 42-46 mpg each way.
Still overall pretty happy with the car. I realized the other day that the car doesn't have a CD player
i just wish I got leather.. The cloth where I rest my elbow on the door and center console is a little white due to my dry skin

I still need to take a long road trip to see what kind of range I can squeeze out of it. My 155 mile trip to the valley uses just over a quarter of a tank, but I just top it off before I set off back the other way again.
I usually leave Eco on, except for when I hit the hills or need to pass

Nothing new. I'm going to be way over on my lease miles thanks to my split. I think I'm at 12k now.
probably going to have to get another Honda just so I don't get my ass handed to me on overage fees.. or I can keep it. My salesman said I won't have a mileage penalty as long as I lease/finance another Honda. I don't know. I'm getting my own place, so a CRV comes to mind to lug furniture around or something. I dunno. Really want a new Tacoma.
