Lease deals finally got really good on the new Jeep Cherokees. So, of course I negotiated even better
So far...LOVE this thing. The amount of tech in it is unreal...and I didn't even get the tech package.

Even though I did the deal on the phone and they prepped most of the paperwork last night...it still took half a freaking day at the dealer. Got home not too long ago and ran out to the next block to snap some quick shots.

That interior is pretty damned good. I'm getting older, though, and still can't get past the lack of boxiness of the new Cherokee.
Congrats, and why doesn't Jeep/Fiat hire you for their photo shoots? Those are simply AMAZING shots.

She was convinced 4 months ago. The residuals were keeping the leases stupidly high. They changed this week and finally got really good along with incentives.
We were able to get out of the Highlander and into the Jeep with no money out of pocket and almost no increase in payment. Pretty big win to me.

I was hoping you wouldn't quote that before I edited it! I changed it to "twins" because I couldn't remember if they were boys or girls. Damn Sculpin IPA! My boy has been called a girl and my girl has been called a boy, so I suppose I'm now I'm that person lol.

I somehow knew this would be your next ride. Congrats David! How do the twins like the car?
I like the USB port in the bottom of the center console too. What is the red thing in the 8th picture down in the bottom of the door pocket? Looks like something you'd whip Parasitus with.
How do you like the ventilated seats? I love them on my Traverse.

Twins love it. They always want in my black jeep which has no car seats. So now they have their own.
Ventilated seats are tits!

Congrats on the new wheels. Interior looks great. The front needs to be reworked, then I'd seriously consider this as my next vehicle. Side note - you have twins? I have twin 4 month old girls! How is the rear seat room?

My twins are 3 now. Size wise, we are coming from a 2012 Highlander, so its much smaller but very manageable. We really love it, just took a trip up to a local pick your own produce farm...200 miles on the car so far.
And just for reference, when we had the boys...we had a Prius for the first 18 months. We managed fine as it has a lot of interior space. Moving up tot he highlander was awesome, but we found we didn't use the 3rd AS much as we did when we first got it. And the fact it had AWD and was so big meant it got shite gas mileage.
This seems to be a great compromise...and while I knew how much tech was in this thing...I keep discovering new things.
If we had gotten the tech package (which has all the blind spot/sensors/etc) This car would have MORE in than my mom's 2013 SRX...even without the tech package (which I didn't want) this thing still has many of the same features and many more.

Congratulations. That interior is really nice. I've always liked Jeeps. Had a Wrangler and an old Cherokee Sport. Both were great vehicles.

Looks great! Really like that interior. My wife is pretty sold on an Equinox, but may have to try to get her to try one of these.

Excellent choice!
The Cherokee is pretty spectacular.
Love it outside and inside.
There is a reason why they are selling them in droves!
I hope the dealer threw in those hats for the boys.
