Short Wheelbase Ownz Me

Everytime I go up this driveway curb I feel like the rear of the car is coming off the ground and promptly dropping as I continue to move forward...This time I decided to go over it again and stop, and to my belief, the right rear tire is about 6-8 inches off the ground... Oh well..

That is all.

I am lowered w/ the Eibach Pro-Kit, about 1" all around, and an H&R 24mm Sway Bar in back

Stock, you're anywhere in the 14.5-15.5 area depending on the driver...I'm also driving 6 speed, while the DSG will probably do the 1/4 quicker than my stick with lonnnnng throws...

That is one thing I've always liked seeing the Golfs do. Happens in every slalom race with them too.

Is it a harsh ride as well? Even in stock form? Those cars are great for autox. I like that bodystyle best out of the previous gens. This one looks more agressive.

It's not really a harsh ride, the springs I put are (I think) 25% more stiff than stock. You feel more of the bumps because it's a short wheelbase with low profile tires and bigger wheels (18x7-225/40/18) usually will get you an overall stiffer ride.

yea sorry I was thinking about vwvortex when I was typing it hahaha looks nice man, that kit makes the car so much better. I was between getting a brand new rabbit, a used GTI, used 3G tl or a used g35. G35 didn't do it for me cuz the winters are horrible in canada. And gti is nice, and fast, and mod friendly, but there wasnt that luxury in the car and they were priced the same as a used 3G which is freaking retarded. So I got a 3G, but I still love the GTI
