Selling car on ebay?
I'm trying to sell an old car on ebay (maybe worth a few hundred bucks)... and I've noticed that on the auction (and many other car auctions), there are often a couple of users that have 0 feedback and some even have accounts that are opened that day.
Obviously, something's fishy... but the question is, why are they doing this? and what kind of scams I should be careful of falling into, as a seller? I mean, the auction specifies payment thru paypal only, and car is for pickup only... what kind of fraud can they carry out (I'm sure there are many, but couldn't think of a good one right now)?

Make sure the payment is done by account transfer (wire), and a not credit card. They can nullify the purchase with their credit card company after they receive the title of the vehicle, and you'll be short of money and car.

you can set up your auction ahead of time so 0 feedback bidders can't even bid in your auction
then also add a disclaimer in you description that they can't bid....they won't be able to anyway if you have it set up that way
it took me till about my 3rd auction before I new they had that option available
