Buick has one of the most reliable sets of cars in the industry and a below-average dealership experience ... How about fixing that, GM?

Just had two experiences while in the US...

Took my brother to the Subaru dealer in NY (Van Bortel Subaru). They were outstanding, and we got to test drive a couple of cars. The new Legacy is a nice, large, adult driver (I drove the 3.6, and they did have the 2.5 GT but I didn't drive it). Plus we drove the Imprezza GT and a Forrester XT. No pressure, and we were given their price list so he could comparison shop elsewhere. That was awesome.

Now the bad was Hyundai of Coconut Creek, Florida. I walked in there with my parents to discuss their current Sonata and the new one. After 30 seconds of discussion, the guy said that he would do nothing because my parents were upside down on their loan on the G6 (2008 model). He would not even talk prices. Just rude. So we got up and walked out.
