Sad Day for the Audi

Tow truck just took it away. The driver seemed to know his stuff. Knew I hit a truck and said that its just plastic and metal damage. Engine should be fine and should be a good fix.

Sad to see, but looks very fixable.
Audi can be fixed, but more importantly you're OK.

Sorry to hear about the little fender bender. Key is you are ok. Damage looks mostly cosmetic and like a easy fix.

Ouch - but it doesn't take much nowadays.....obviously. And unfortunately I'm going to guess your insurance co. will count this as a major accident.

I called and qualified for it. So no surprises. $500 deductible.

Insurance will inspect the damaged car and approve on the list of parts/labor and give the body shop an estimate for the repairs.
what the bodyshop does with the $$ is entire up to you and the bodyshop.. just FYI.
and you dont know what RS is? sorry i could not tell if yours was a A4 or the A6.. they look the same to me. But just FYI RS4:
also dont feel bad. shit happens, we all been there and done that.

Sorry to see that man, and glad you're ok.
I had a similar accident with my RLX last year in Sept. Lady pulled out onto oncoming traffic without seeing me coming. T-boned her big ass Honda Odyssey, ending up in 22K worth of front-end damage to my 14' RLX Advanced. Looked very similar to yours, just a bit more brutal to the front left-side.
Luckily I had the opportunity to choose which body shop I wanted to use. After a little research, I chose one that was run by a local Acura dealership. So I knew they were going to be the best shop to get it back to factory specs. I'd recommend you do the same. You'd be amazed at the tools these shops have now to get everything back to factory specs. By going with a shop run by an Audi dealership, you run less risk of a shop not using certified OEM replacement parts.
If you saw my RLX pre and post accident, you'd never know it was ever hit. And till this day it has had not a single operational issue as a result of the accident. Except for the Diminished Value...that's a whole different story....
Good luck.
