Just wondering..

The RSX seems to be more geared for the younger crowd.. also less expensive..

Of course this also means more visibility of the Type-S badges.. so do you think there will be an increase in badge theft on CLS and TLS??

Yeah, I posted about this a while back on the TL board. Before the Type-S badge was exclusive to the CL/TL which is priced towards the more expensive range. Now that there is a Type-S RSX, the Type-S badges are suddenly in desire for all those dumbass poor people who can only afford a RSX-P but want a Type-S badge. IMO they should have stuck with Type-R....

but then again, there's gonna be more type-s badges out there to steal from...which reduces the chances that it is stolen from a cl-s.

i mean, why steal it from the 1 cl-s when you can steal 4 from the 4 tl-s's or even the whatever # of rsx-s's?

Hmm...maybe, but a thief will steal any Type S badge he sees. If you look into the mind of a Type S badge thief, he's looking for the first Type S badge he sees...and since the badge will be more mainstream now..it's bad news for us.

you proved my point...he's gonna see more tl-s's and probably more rsx-s's than cl-s's, so chances are he's probably gonna steal it from the tl-s and rsx-s first...and since he already has one, he'll pass over the cl-s.

but now we gotta worry about the rsx-s or tl-s owner that just got his badge stolen!

hmm well
if the TL, CL, and RSX all have em...
maybe the MDX and NSX will step up to the plate sometime..

once the full line is out...i dont think
emblems will have their original "rareness"
anymore..like back in the days where the only Type S was the CL

Maybe he meant he had more than one Corolla?
