The pope called... Canonization rescinded.

Well, she had the balls to realize we weren't the greatest match for each other and do something about it.
She also made me the best thing I've ever had in my life, Zoe.
So she can keep her Saint status.
I wanted a life full of rich experiences and new things...now I got to experience being a dad and an ex-husband and inadvertent house flipper all in one decade.
Glass still half full.
Thanks fellas...
First round of touch up went well...
sanded with 180 then 600, very lightly and cautious to not expand the damage...
touched up with the build primer that matched best (for now)...2 coats...will 2K sand that and apply the final proper paint match color once I have my buddy make it.
Not perfect, but good enough to not see it immediately.
Also, for my birthday..J took me to PBIR (aka Moroso) for a track/car watching day. We had a great time...Zoe liked watching the loud things zoom past.
I think she also convinced me to track either the S, or the Vagon (probably the S since it's not a daily)...I never thought i would...but I need to expand my horizons.
also...saw this...

My goodness...
Was that guys moustache and neck beard as glorious in person as it looks in the photo?
Oh, and yes on tracking the s2k, that's what it's made for. Probably not so much on the Vagon. While it could be fun ripping the wagon around, taking the s2k out to the track would be like as awesome as chinchilla underpants.
Just be prepared that it's potentially addictive.

J .. if I could make 1 recommendation:
I would do AutoX before doing a full road course.
I did it the other way around and while it was a total blast, I took a gamble .. spun off at 50+mph and thankfully did not hit anything stationary

Every track is different ...but generally speaking, you rarely leave 2nd gear in AutoX.
Instructors in my AutoX club say, don't try to save your car if it's too far gone ... or else you'll be too far off the track and you'll eventually find something stationary (as demonstrated on those vids)

Funny, my last AutoX event there was a FBO+E85 Camaro and every single turn felt like it was too far gone, gas pedal fixed it every time

Guess I've been lucky. All my AutoX time was at the Texas A&M Riverside campus, lots & lots of runoff. No curbs, no light poles, just cones & people. Worst that happened when I was there, was a TransAm sliding off into the grass about 4 feet.

J, I'm sorry to hear about the divorce. But hey, on the brightside, we don't have to hide our relationship anymore! I'll be looking into condos out in FL now.

Guess I'm a little behind too. Sorry to hear about the divorce but love the attitude you are approaching everything with Pics of you and your daughter at the track are great!!
As for the Auto-X... I have to say whoever setup that track in the parking lot with the trees needs to be shot. Who thought that was a good idea?

I'm surprised the mustang didn't go for the crowd of people and opted for the tree instead at that AutoX event...
