Never tried these but they might be worth a shot for that price.

Dennis...those covers won't work...
I'm taking a shot on some gorilla locks that are a correct thread pitch version of the advan lugs I've had on both the TL and S2000.
Should look cool...

also, other projects kicking ass right now...
got a quote for $300 for all chrome trim wrapped in gunmetal to match wheels.
testing out gunmetal plastidip to see if I love the theme, especially once the decal inserts arrive.

The only thing I've ever plasti dipped and was pleased with the results are exhaust tips. Maybe I'm too detailed but I'm not too fond of the finish or maybe I'm not applying it correctly Get some 3m 1080 vinyl and wrap away

Not even...
it looks like primer.
I can PD no problem...
Key is adding the gloss.

I hate wrapping...I suck at it.
I will pay someone IF I decide to go that route...
although the more I look at pictures, the more i don't mind the contrast of the chrome trim.

After seeing that pic, I have a feeling the trim won't look good in that color. I think blacking it out or leaving it alone will be the best look.

Adam, you are a billion percent correct, man...
I can't lie...only reason I'm pursuing is the push I'm getting on here...I don't mind the contrast of the chrome and prefer it to blacking out. I already blacked out on my base TL!

I agree, I don't think gunmetal will look good either.. Either black or leave the chrome...

And this is why I like PD, inexpensive way to test the look of something before going a more expensive route..

Brushed aluminum FTW. The trim looks amazing in that color.

Keeps the contrast but tones down the chrome at the same time...

My guess is something like emblems or center caps since the package weight is only 1.20 LBS

Pay a place that is very good with vinyl wraps to do it since the vinyl has a textured brush finish so you need it to be perfectly lined up the same down the entire side of the car.

I am planning to wrap my gloss black trim on the center console in brushed gunmetal from 3M. Since it is smaller I am going to take a shot at doing it myself first.

I have come to terms with the fact that I SUCK at vinyl wrapping...I absolutely despise doing it!

I definitely love the fact that it's all black and references my wagon and not yours!
It's great quality...the print is perfect with only a slight hint of different black where the cadillac emblem was applied...aluminum and built like it was going to be put up outdoors in a park or something...very very cool and awesome. Thanks again Andrew...

Jason's should be a sign that says bought 600hp rwd wagon, too scared to make tires chirp
Or 600HP 50K mile tire club

i was thinking that with all the driving he does.. something like:

'MILLION MILE VAGON PARKING ONLY' and the picture would be an odometer with 999999 on it... then in the arrow it would say 'Damn that's a lot of tires'

something like that...

I will have you know I broke 140 while in Mexico Thankfully while doing that the tires stayed fully contacted.
