I should have them by tomorrow. 
I don't think so, Maj...I tried to fit the latches from the hard top and no matter what permutation of screw holes I used, it wouldn't work. When i flipped it over, it said "For Hard Top use only". So there must be a difference in how much it PULLS the top in.
Slapped the hard top on today, going to get a 2 way alarm installed today.

No doubt, man. Well, got the parts in from the junkyard that were missing. They shipped fast! :grin: Put the soft top latches in, and the driver side weatherstrip. It's glorious...I don't think that hard top is going back on until March when it rains daily!

I sure did...and TBH...having done it once, I could knock it out again in half the time. It wasn't SOOO bad. Some lessons learned and when it comes time to replace the fabric, I'll be glad I've done it before.

lol, the rear tray is back out again. After putting up the soft top I realized the rear support rail is on a spring and the strap should have been bolted 1 or 2 bolts further back. I literally almost started crying but held it together and removed rear tray and figured out that I can get back there with a 10mm ratchet without too much trouble.

up early today...
AND, took the girls down to Grandma's house for some dog sitting...gorgeous 70 mile ride and they were well behaved the whole way!
and Tuesday, at Best Buy getting the 2 way alarm put in.

and on a side note, if I'm ever single again...I will not drive ANYWHERE without top down and my 2 girl dogs riding shotgun. I swear EVERY Fkn hot chick driving by me yesterday was smiling over and waving.

while my Dad shaved his beard every morning before heading to work, he would have me stand right by him (ready to go to school) and start his 10 minute question deal....
everything from 18x7 to 54+66....I sure do hope I will be able to do the same to mah kid....
then we would leave at the same time and he would drop me off to school (on his way to work)....miss them days !!!

Talk about similar Asian upbringings...For the subjects of maff, physics, and chemistry, I had ZERO slack because my Pops had a PhD in thermal dynamics and was a prof...
