The S2k is just such a perfect timeless design that will always look good. Love those wheels everytime I seen them.

Something that's been bugging me for a while...driver side roll hoop has been split. I'm thinking the soft top guy did it since he told me he found a way to do install without interior removal.
took the opportunity to clean up all the nooks and crannies.

I understand the need to fix that. Interior pieces that are just a bit off or don't fully snap together drive me crazy too.

Definitely, man...
While driving, I reach over my head and hold the hoop sometimes and it annoyed the fuck out of me that it was split.
It's welded together using some supersonic Honda method and gluing it back was not going to work from what I've read.
I bought one off ebay and it was a bit scratched, which annoys me...I should have spent a little extra for some local ones in great condition but
I had no need for the passenger side and the guy wasn't willing to separate them.

Arent those AP2V1 wheels AKA 2004/05 ?
AP2V2's are 2006/07 like these:
Oh and yeah I tried doing the soft top without removing the headrests... no go. You have to take them completely apart and it's sadly easy to break those things. I fortunately didn't but I know people who have.

Shit, you're right...I had V2's on the last S2000...
Anyway, ironically, now I really love the V1...I guess I'm getting old but nothing beats a good looking oem wheel to me.
I paid a guy to do my soft top and he was reasonable, older and had experience...he claims to be able to do the top without removing the interior...but a few months later I realized that the roll hoop was separated...so yeah

No idea, man...
thank you though. I'm on H&R street performance...I had them set at where the previous owner had them for the longest time...I bumped up a half inch until I could clear the speed bumps in the neighborhood.
