Right. You were *born* in the '80s. You didn't really get to experience the cool '80s-ness of the cars in the '80s.
And like I said, that's like the one thing VW has ever done right so they keep going back to it. Sort of how Honda keeps putting CVCC in their cars; they just call it Vtak now.
True story.
PS. yeah. Watch your six.

simple update here...
got my cuzzo's gti sorted out with the intake and exhaust. I'm so proud of him...he really doesn't rely on me to DO the work for him, he gets in there and for once, I took a step back and only helped when he asked for it or got stuck.
10MM rear spacer
K&N Typhoon intake
and MagMablow exhaust...sounds fuckin tits!
intermission entailed us tackling my vtec solenoid gaskets...1 from ballade sports for $30 that Honda doesn't sell alone and the other 2...just for peace of mind...also determined my leak is coming from a poorly seated valve cover gasket. WHEW...no big fucking deal.
Also swapped from fram to OEM oil filter at the push of some close friends that had done some research about oil flow etc.

I knew you wouldn't just leave your patch job.
You sticking with black (can't go back), or are you going with something funky? Blue? Pink? Brown?

I'd stick with black. Classic looks and you know you're going to like it also, it's the way the S2000 gods intended it to look.
