So what are the plans for the S4? Chip it and maybe a new exhaust for some extra HP? Curious, as I don't have the extra money laying around to have toys. Just sensible family haulers. Living vicariously through other peoples cars.

This IS a sensible family hauler!
Right now it feels pretty fuckin quick, honestly.
It's the perfect blend...powerful but refined...nice interior, nice sound system...
good highway gas mileage...pretty to look at.
Right now I have a chipwerke pro piggy back tune on it and an intake.
I will eventually get exhaust of some kind done although I don't want rasp
or high pitch so it'll have to be a throaty deep sound.
They claim "up to" 80 hp/70 ft/lb over the stock 333hp stock number.
and that's at the crank, not wheels. I'm sure a lot is lost over the
awd drivetrain

It apparently has a piggy back on it, but a proper ECU tune will really wake it up. Don't even need to touch the pulley (and probably shouldn't without addressing cooling, especially in FL).

You mean headers? Apparently they really aren't worth until you get in stage 3 territory.

Also, there are better tunes then APR in my opinion. IE is well regarded, and my brother loves his stage 1 Eurodyne tune. We're getting ready to flash the TCU this afternoon.

Ultimately though, go with whatever tuner has a presence near you, so support is relatively easy to get.
