Resale leaders/losers
Found this on Smartmoney.com
2006 Best Resale Value* 2006 Worst Resale Value*
BMW 5 Series Chrysler Sebring Sedan
Chevrolet Corvette Ford Freestar
Honda Accord Hybrid Mercury Monterey
Infiniti G35 Coupe Kia Optima
Infiniti M45 Jaguar X-Type
Lexus GX 470 Kia Rio Sedan
MINI Cooper Ford Ranger Long Bed
Porsche Cayenne Chevrolet Uplander
Toyota Prius Pontiac Montana
Volvo XC90 Chrysler Town and Country
Source: Kelley Blue Book
From the leaders list I'm surprised there's not a Mercedes on there while on the losers side I'm surprised the Jag XJ isn't on there.

I re-formatted the list but apparently I suck so the only domestic on the leader list is the Vette and every car listed 2nd, line per line, is on the loser list.

Leasing an XC90 is an option, as I have been aware that it has a 5-star depreciation rating. An option that I will take into account when I return the CL.

VW Phaeton was on the worst list. I guess it is no longer there as it will be history soon in the US. Also, the MB CLK used to be second place on the best; I wonder what happened this time, perhaps too many complaints

Who can ever figure out WTF VW was thinking when they manf'd the Phaeton? Especially since Audi makes the A8, crazy.
