Recommended Acura dealership in Orange County
Hope this isn't a repost, I searched and it came up nothing. Anyone recommend any Acura dealership in Orange County? I bought my car at South Coast Acura. They were fine with me in the process of buying a car, but after that, they became horrible. The service guys forgot about my requests and took one hour to rotate my tires. Their receptionists are fat, lousy, and unknowledgeable. Everytime I went there to get some warranty issue done, they brush me off like I'm stupid. I told them about the clicking and squeaking of my clutch, and they said "That's the switch making the noise." Whatever.....
One time I played around with a service guy. You know how Acura jumped back and forth with 5w-30 and 5w-20 oil? Well, I told the service guy that my cap said 5w-20, should I fill up with 5w-30 because the manual says so? The service guy says, go with the 5w-20 because it's thinner for our engine and also because the cap says so. He went on and on about the facts and saying he built engines for a living. Well he's full of shit because my cap actually says 5w-30.
I'm tired of South Coast Acura. Any place you guys can recommend me?

NEVER got to South Coast. NEVER. I used to go to DCH Tustin all the time. George was the best service advisor to talk to, but I don't know if he's there anymore. I moved to Buena Park, and started going to Planet Acura, until they went under...
The only other one I can think of is Cerritos Acura, and I haven't been there yet. Mission Viejo Acura as well, but haven't been there either.
Actually, OP, I'm in the same boat as you!

Phew. I am not the only one with problems at Soutch Coast. I know I'm not a picky guy because I'm only 22 and at this age, I guess I don't really care about much. I just hate it when I know something is different in my car and South Coast makes me feel stupid about it. If you don't believe me on how bad they are, read the reviews online. My next dealer service will be Tustin for sure because of good reviews I've found. And with you guys recommending them already, it's a definite plus.
