i don't get it? is that a blow tire? or are those snow chains put on terribly wrong...

Even if that was the case, they should still be on the back, it falls back to the traction circle and how traction(which equates to handling) is created.

it is funny to see when people put snow tires on teh oposite end of the cars' drive wheels.
i have seen quite a few fwd cars with snows in the back and all seasons in the front
