Interestingly enough, I have seen even Nissan refer to it as the "R35" in some publications or official statements..... wish I had some links handy...

I disagree with unanimity

I drove by Sp Saturday and saw a R33 parked next to many Supras in the parking lot. Also heard that Sp is going to start producing parts and kits for BMW's and Porsche besides the Supra's. Can't wait for Sp to have a dyno day at there shop.

There's a gun metal R34 for sale right outside the AFB here, $21,600.
Now, if you want a V-spec II Nismo, that'll be at least $45,000..................![Roll Eyes](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)

there's actually a lady down the street selling one of those right now for like $4500...but the jci is wearing down and i'm not sure about all the mods she has on it...it sucks we can get them here so relatively cheap (duh) but it costs such an arm and a leg to get them back over to the states. otherwise i'd just buy em and ship em back

The thing with mods is you need to do a "shade tree" JCI, and that will ensure the J-gov doesn't play with you or the title (like having an RB26DETT when the title has a RB20). And the cost is not really a big deal.
Getting an R34 to the states is beyond a major pain in the A$$. The company that was doing this went out of business. The issue that is real expensive is the crash testing required.

This particular one is running about $63,500. Now, the V Spec II Nismo is a bit special. These are hand selected, purchased from their owners, and stripped down and modified with all new internals (engine, suspension, etc...).
