Question about my CAI hoes

i broke the breather hoes that came with my AEM V2 last night. I couldnt find any 1/2" fuel line to replace it (AEM came with fuel line for the breather), so i bought a heater hoes instead.
My question is it ok to use heater hoes since i dont think there is any fuel going in or coming out of the CAI.

Here is the pic: The one i am talking about is from the red engine cover to the left side of the intake. the Medium size one.

Just make sure your hoes dont get pinched or crimped outta shape. It should be okay.
