psycho owned m3.....

thought this belonged in ramblings.

I cried when I saw this.

Never was a fan of a two-tone interior.

from: http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php...&#entry6486934

quoted from OT:

"Its not mine........came to my dealership about 2 hours ago though. Apparently M3 dude was sleeping with ex-wife of psycho dude. Psycho dude goes to ex's house and takes out aggression on M3 dude's new M3. "

car did not deserve it!

Damnnnnnn, well the only good thing about that situation is that the psycho took it out on the car and did not the dude who was dating his ex. Also, he left the tires alone so the rims are fine, that should save him a few bucks on repair costs

That guy would be dead within 1 hour. You can fuck with the man but doing that to a car shows just how big of a pussy this guy is.

The dude that did it waited for the owner and the cops to come because he knew he would get caught. That car cant be fixed because he fucked the roof up too.

Looks like a brand new interior will be in order (might be a chance for the guy to request a different color if he wanted one) along with several panes of glass and a new paintjob. The roof should easily be replaceable as it's just sheet metal, though I don't see any severe damage to it.

All the things you described, plus labor will get the cost of fixing this car very high.

Since the roof is part of the frame, they'll need to be extra cautious putting in a new one, cause it may affect the integrity of the entire body.

I would cry if someone did that to my new M3 and even if they fix it I don't think I would want the car anymore.

One of my friends moms had her BMW stolen, they found it 3 months later in a different state with $20K worth of damage. They fixed it but when she got it back just turned around and traded it in.

I think I would kill that guy. You'll get a new M3 and he will just do it again. Might as well just take care of it now

^^ I am sure that will happen if they have hard evidence that links the psycho to the act.

I believe the charges would be for criminal mischief.

I have had experience with this before:

Guy damages my car.
I take down his plates.
I file complaint.
Court date set.
His lawyer calls to settle.
I accept.
Go to court, guy apologizes to court/me in front of judge.
Guy pays me cash.
Done deal.

That guy needs to be locked away. I can understand the hard feelings he had towards his ex-wife and the other guy, but seriously, that's psycho. Also, I just don't see any evidence from the pictures that there was any damage done to the roof, unless he keyed that too, but still don't see anything.
