My vatos bugeye was on 30 lbs of boost.
When he hit boost, I thought we were going to die.
He'd hit a turnaround and hit boost mid corner..
I'd grab the oh shit bar and fixate on teh pillar we were about to crash into.
He'd laughing his fucking ass off.. awd rail slide all the way through.

The SC is NOT instant gratification.
It's only under boost at certain points of throttle and velocity.

Oh I know it...the big displacement on ours makes up for it, but you can certainly see how far into it you have to go to see the boost gauge even budge. 
I just like the spooling! I know it's not optimal but from the driving perspective, it's rewarding, that's all.
My first car that was turbo that I drove was a 280Z on 26 lbs of boost...in a straight light I gave it the mustard and got sideways...
I did NOT know how to handle that.
but I never forgot that feeling!

Another buddy of mine had a 300ZX
Shiett.. he'd tell me all the times he'd go into boost going straight from a stoplight and spin out.
He misses that car. Bought it brand new.. owned it for 20 years and sold it to some shitstain who wouldn't stop bothering him about it.
The guy vato'd it out. Sad.

bruh.. I was on the freeway yesterday. Some JGC was on my ass.
Gave it some throttle and he was still on me up to 120.
I was impressed.
I'm thinking.. SRT? nah.. shit.. I'm not even sure it was an RT.
He had power though.
He tried to line up but I'm like fuck this bozo so he did a "flyby"
I lol'd.. he pulled slowly (we were already cruising at 90).
My exit came up so I gave him the whole kielbasa..

Yeah it's true...I take a real pounding!
Been NOT putting my car projects first lately...for obvious reasons.
Stopped at my place yesterday after work and installed the hub centric rings...BAM, wheels are perfectly balanced, car drives great with them.
Temp gauge stopped working again though
Also, put some red vinyl over the faced inner tails...we'll see if I can live with the disparity between the shades of red.
Still to go, install door lock actuator, still missing the rear driver door one but figured I'd start with the passenger one from amazon in case of return.
Also, O2 defouler for the removed cat...and of course, some lowering springs if I can score them cheap enough, although I kinda wanna leave well enough alone
with the awesome ground clearance, no camber issues and shocks with 186K miles that feel pretty stout still. Don't want to push my luck.
