My parents just got back from a week in Nasau and my Dad sent me this shot of a pimped-out Lexus:

umm. its been around for a while. "Baby" or birdman from Cash Money has LV patterns on his bentley bumper. and Juvenile or Manny fresh has Gucci patterns on a BMW 750Li.
there's more too.. but i forget them. it was on some MTV special, Cribs: Car edition.

There is a 300c with a Luis Vaton fabric carriage top and interior around White Plains, NY. It's horrible and the freaking guy does nothing but blast old school r&B. He also tries to kick it to every girl he sees on the street, it's sad.
