Crazy: it looks like the road it was driving on is shown in the first pic. It must've been flying down that road then slid off into the tree. It looks like the whole front of the car is sheared off. The guy who sent the pics said it happened at 120mph but who knows for sure...

there is no way its fake - at least not digitally faked.
be wary of solid object at excessive speeds...

It was posted a while back on Wrecked Exotics.
And it is not a BMW, it is a Ford Escort (you can even read the back).
I also learned that the guy is alive cause he flew out the car while the car was smashing the tree. I gues no seatbelt was being weared.

Looks like some kind of SADD (students against drunk driving) advertisement....so many students around. We had that at our high school...we would go in one morning and see a messed up car sitting at the park where we parked our cars or on the school parking lot.

I dunno about those first pics. It looks to me (with all those kids standing around) that it was one of those school demonstrations on what drinking and driving can do. I am sure that it was a real accident, but it didnt just happen.

It's real. The dude was doing 100+ in Latvia in the escort. He walked away - was thrown from the vehicle because he didn't have his seatbelt on. There are 3 more pics to the set also, i'll host em tomorrow morning.
