Doesn't look too bad and i'm glad to hear you walked away OK.
Thats the problems with bikes it doesn't matter at what speed you lay the bike down at you're still gonna have some pricey damage either way.
Guy i used to work with fell off his CBR going no faster then 10-15mph and he had damage in the thousands.

Berner...its a 2004 R1, 1753 miles...I priced everything except the swingarm (has a scratch on it) and the plastics I can get for around $600 and fix myself (just unscrew and put them back on) if the swingarm got replaced, that would probably be about $1000...so I figured, $7000-$7500 was a good price

I will be quite surprised if you get that price for it. Hate to be a wet blanket but that's only about a grand under new, especially this time of year. Holdovers can be had cheap with much better financing deals and new warranties, not a good time to sell. But it don't hurt to ask that much.
