I have, but not all on track. I really wanted to take the MP4 out this last time but we ran out of time. I have only moved that car around for photography positioning, same for last time. It is magical to drive, even at low speed. Cars I've taken on track: 458, R8, GTR, M3.

price slashed, I see

It should sell quickly. Every other LFA in the country under 1,000 miles is asking over the original MSRP. Our white one will still likely sit for a few more months.

Sure. Well obviously the favorite of that bunch is 458. But it was not only a function of driving that car but also driving it at a track. The revs and sound = intoxicating along with the way it builds speed. Steering wheel feels perfect, along with the controls. Fit and finish felt miles ahead of the past models I've driven (348, 355, 360, 430 - didn't drive those on a track though). The track experience just fking wow - I had the assistance mechanisms on for my own safety and so I don't crash and the car is quite easy to drive. I won't say I got anywhere near the limit, seeing how it wasn't my car and if I had crashed it I would be in deeep shit, but I did give it max throttle whenever possible. And that is a glorious thing. On the straight, wow the acceleration is heaven. If you get a chance for one of these events in your area, do it just to redline a 458 (or whatever you fancy). You will not be disappointed. Overall impression of the car, it really feels too good to be true, I mean you get in it, it doesn't feel like you should be able to drive this car on the street. It's too good. Everything has a 'technical' kind of pointed and intentional feel, and that makes an impression. The seats are very nice and hold you in place well, for being stock seats.
The R8 was a V8 model so it was kind of lacking in the pep department, but was still decent. This is a great track car that you can really throw around the turns and not have to worry about too much. I tried pushing it and it barely bit back, it was very comfortable with where I was taking it. Feels nicely balanced. Seats are not so nice, for tracking I mean, was moving all over the place in the turns. That was kind of annoying and made the car feel more like a 'regular' sedan or something than a track car. It took away from the experience.
The GTR is a beast and you can throw it around without it complaining too much. In that sense its fun to drive, but in the sense of spirited driving, it feels muted since the car does not bite back but rather forgives and adapts to what you're doing. I didn't try with any aids off though. Overall, I am not a fan of this car, regardless of how fast it is. It just sits too high. I like my sports cars low and wide, and I like a low seating position. This feels kinda like driving a SUV. ok I am being a bit harsh. But like compared to the 458? Forget it. They are in completely different classes, in my opinion, just based on driving experience and feel.

Tyler I understand...but someone has taken the pix of the car posted in the "pix you havent taken"
if we have resident photog's, who post really high quality pix like they post in magazines, why not have them post in the "pix you havent taken" page?

'08 MX5 GT 6spd.
Started doing photography for the company that wrapped that White/Blue SRT Viper. Don't care for the star, but that car was hooooot.
So was the IS350F I shot after it. Still going through pics, but will post soon.

I feel the exact same way. I've never been "wowed" by the IS but the new generation has me in love. The 350 F-Sport is an absolute blast to drive and the tech is insane. Dat red leather too
I'll be watching to see what kind of power the turbocharged 2015 IS250 will make with some tuning and bolt-ons.

Beautiful car indeed.
Love how the front flows to the rear.

I don't care for it either, but the car as a whole is damn sexy. The second you sit in it, I promise, all other things are forgotten.
