I would guess thats a 335 with an aftermarket M3 bodykit.
here is how a E92 M3 looks from the rear, not nearly as "widebody" look.

Prior Design Widebody Kit for BMW E92 PD-M
I think that's what he has
+
Diffuser kind of thing on top of the exhaust
+
Painted or plastic on the bottom middle area of the bumper
I didn't see the front end

Apologies for the lousy cell phone pics + the drive-by photo with window up + long distance cell phone shot LOL
A couple of the Porsche's from the above photo can barely be seen on the left in the one below. Not sure of what kind they are because I'm not knowledgeable about Porsche's at all. The silver and orange one said CS 3.6 or 3.8.
Edit: flikr fail

Couldn't catch the SLS b/c of the stupid Civic next to me.
And I never thought I would be taking pictures of Camaros.
Was a few cars behind an M6 with the top down too, but he turned.

95 RHD TT Supra. Same owner of the cars I posted a few pages ago. Engine is mostly stock with just a few ARC bolt-ons and upgraded BOV. Owner has a 1000+hp drag ready Supra, so this is the 'cruising' one. Fun car to drive, except for hitting the wipers instead of turn signal at every turn\lane switch :rhdproblems:

Get rid of the stupid tint on all the lights & it's pretty much perfect as a mildly-modded example.

I pass by this guys house every morning on my way to work,
it's in quincy mass/milton area
I always see him modding it, I believe it was black and he wrapped it white and retrofitted tailights on there, I saw the widebody on there unpainted before he wrapped the car. Possibly wrapped it so he didnt have to repray the whole car.
