Opinion Question on Factory Warranty

Opinion Question on Factory Warranty
So, reading through all of these threads, I see alot of "make Acura pay for it, Acura should cover it, you shouldn't have to pay for that" comments. My question, at what point do you think Acura should no longer step up to the plate?
I know alot of variables come into effect such as maintenance records (how frequently you visit the dealer (CP sales as opposed to WA), age of the vehicle, miles driven per year, etc.
Just some reasons stating opinions and why you feel that way. I know Acura is very lienient on what it covers and for how long it covers items (as opposed to a domestic manufacture).
No right or wrong answers, just trying to get some feedback.

With these premium brands you pay more for quality and service. In which cases means a longer warranty period.
So most of the time we want to get our moneys worth. Nothing wrong with trying to get Acura to pay for things that could be related to poor workmanship.

^ What he said.
But you probably don't read much about that in the Car Talk section... you probably read most of that in the model specific forums. Unfortunately we cannot move between forums as they are separate databases, but you'll likely have better luck there....

The car make has little bearing. It's a dealer thing. One will go the extra mile to earn your trust & future business. Some don't care, & some do things strictly by the book & there's just no getting around it.
Domestic or import doesn't matter. I've seen it happen at for both.
