Love the way the M3/4 looks. But I'm just too smitten by the F-Type that I wouldn't do it either, if I were you. Plus that V8 sounds otherwordly.

for many of us, the M3/M4 would be an amazing car to own.

But based on the current lineup of cars you have, i really don't see the need to have it.

I think P84d is a better fit for you.

The P85d would be a good fit to go with what he has. However, losing that Jag exhaust note just might not be worth it.

I like the P85D. My doctor has one and took me for a rip last time I went to see him, it is a bullet. It's still weird to experience a car without any noise coming out of it. I imagine you get used to it though. If I was to go back into an M, it would be another M3, the LCI model looks good.

Here's a rare shot of all 3 together at home.

I'm going to try and enjoy what I have for a little while. My wife bet 6 months.

You need to finish the garage.. get on it mang!

(me too)

P85D is wicked quick.. but there's something visceral about hearing the engine.. and feeling like you're going to die when you take off.. the fury! Sometimes that outweighs whether you can put lengths on the guy next to you. Plus you know you're going to be driving in insano mode all the time.. fun for 20 minutes until you need to charge it again.

Absolutely right.

I will finish the garage, I keep putting it off. I'm all over the place when it comes to how I'd like to approach it though. I'd like to epoxy the floors at least before winter and a coat of paint to begin. I'll post the setup when completed.

I could help you with that. It looks like you could use some PVC slatwall to store items on the wall. The company I work for has a division dedicated to our own proprietary slatwall.

I considered a G63 briefly because my wife is absolutely crazy about them...until I drove one. Not a fan... I also tried an X5M and wasn't overly impressed either. It's fast but a little bit too sprung I thought for a daily.

Maybe it's my old age now, but the best of both worlds has been my RR. Like riding on a cloud but with 510hp. There is an unspoken for long wheel base autobiography inbound.

^ Massive truck. Saw one over the weekend.
I'd much prefer a G-wagen. Either in AMG guise or not.

Howdy gents - thought I'd update this thread as I haven't done so in a while; in short the 458/R8 are both sold, did so over the winter. Ferrari of Ontario essentially bought it for the same price I paid so that was my -justification- and my wife wouldn't stop talking about the G63.

So we traded her car in for one plus a bit more money. Looks nice and rides smoother than the previous G-wagons I've been in but I still dislike the truck. White with the black/white.

I also gave in as I loved these from the first moment I saw them.
It has the Designo Matte White Exterior with Red Interior Seating with essentially all the options available minus CCB brakes.

I'll take better shots during the day!

Otherwise, I still have the F-TYPE and it's actually coming off lease in a few months; already wondering what to replace it with! Part of me wants to buy it as I have thoroughly enjoyed it but I also want to try something else. I think I've narrowed it down to the Z06, AMG GTS and 911 GTS. We will see.

fuck a duck...that S Coupe is just sexy. Makes the sedan look like a turd (Never liked the current sedan)

But I have loved the new S coupe since it came out. Turns my head every time I see one on the freeway.

as far as the replacement for the F type, i think AMG GTS will be too close to the S Coupe. Perhaps, you can be the 1st person on AZ to get the NSX?

Not for a fan of the new NSX to be honest. There is simply too much going on. I'm leaning towards the Z06 the most as I have been doing track days a lot lately.
