The Official WTF-Car of the Day Thread
That is so bad, that it rules.
Seriously, there is phenomenon I've witnessed in my motorcycling called "rat biking". It's a biking culture, and even a show category unto itself, and the fundamental premise is who can safely ride the "the garbage heap". See below:
Rat biking is about post apocalypse images, mad max, and minimialist investment. Folk work at making thier motorcycle look mean, nasty, and old as a thumb in the eye to the shiny mass produced chrome Harley's of today.
Clearly, there's another automotive subculture evolving here, which i have coined the rat-ricer. This guy obvioulsy realizes the the Dodge Neon's status in the rice racer world, and has elected to use his car as a "statement" to poke a little fun at the ricer community by "over the topping" his own car ala www.riceboypage.com
If I was forced to drive a dodge neon, I might do the same. If I can't afford a rice rocket, I'll make fun them.
.... at least, for crissake I hope that what this kid is doing.....
