Filmed in Mexico? And street racing FTL.
That is one monster S2000 , but I sure wouldn't want to have a big exhaust on the side of my car. Major props though for a monster build....

My friend wants to sell me his S2k which is a 2005 with 22k miles on it for 15-16k... i can probably get away with 15k. Is this a good deal? It does sound like a good deal to me.

If it were around here and in the right condition I'd grab it myself.

07 GPW/Red-Black Interior
Laguna Blue is a very nice color as well... One of my locals has one, very pretty too.
Suzy blue has actually grown on me a bit... it's easier to appreciate in person, if you haven't done so...

Yeah the GPW with the red/black looks very nice..
Was it only that year with that combo? Seems like most AP2s i've seen only have black interiors

Unfortunately, Carmax doesn't have one locally. I'd love to go drive one tomorrow. I'm not willing to go through the BS of test driving one at a real dealership though. I don't even know if I'll like it.

The only thing wrong with it is that he has absolutely no use for it. He bought it just to buy it and it's been sitting hardly driven for the last couple of years. He currently has 4 cars. He bought a brand new S5 and he needs more garage space...
So everyone thinks it's a good deal. He won't rip me off since he is my good friend and he's not into heavy modifications. If he wants to go faster, he just buys faster cars.

That's an excellent price. If you're in the market, do it.

Silverstone and Sebring Silver have had black/red option continuously... at least that I know of... For 06 Suzy blue has a toned down blue seats option, and it's Black/Blue interior, I'm up in the air on whether I'm a fan of the ALL blue interior. However, I really like the Blue top option, which also looks GREAT on Laguna Blue.

my pops got his convertible top fixed under warrenty and had them install a blue top (its a blue s2k). I was skeptical but it looks pretty good....
I took it for a spin through the canyon yesterday and gd its fun to drive that thing.

actually, this would be a great buy for someone like me who plan to buy it and keep it for a good 10+ years as a weekend car. The car itself appears to need a new top, seats, airbag - plus I'm guessing financing and insurance would be a little irregular.

Yeah, that's the first thing i thought when I saw the year and the price... "Has to be something wrong with it"... and then I looked at the title info...
Needs a roof, and $4K worth of oem seats (or some cheap aftermarket seats), and a bunch of other stuff...
I'd rather have a higher mileage AP2 with a clean title...

Thats interesting... I have some lower back issues as well, and I have no trouble in this car. It did take a while to find the right seating position for me though. Do you slide your ass as far back in the bucket as possible ?
Descriptive, i know

i am thinking of buying an S2000. MY00. it has a supercharger, veilside body kit. the car is silverstone. and i know it has been in superstreet mag at one time. the car only has about 25K on the odometer. he wants 15K for it.. i now it has chrome giovanni rims and all chrome under the hood. i will probably get rid of the rims at the least. i am going sometime this week to look at it. but that is all the information that i have about it at this time.

Still nothing locally at Carmax to drive.
Sport Honda has one but I'm dreading that visit.
In the $14,000 range I think I might be able to find a 2004 ... Just looking around to see if I can find a private party Silverstone/Red one ...
