Forgot to share that I took a nice twisty road sunday with the car and really got to push the limits within a semi-safe environment. (large, flat grass shoulders on both sides.)
I learned the limits of slow speed and high speed turns before breaking the tires loose.
also got accustomed to correcting the slide and even working with it around corners.

it was good experience to learn the car's behavior at semi-high speed and around very sharp corners at low speeds.

This car is easily broken loose but its also very responsive even when "out of control"
im excited to really let it loose on our local road course (once wider wheels/tires are on)

I've driven really fast cars but I must say, nothing came close to the smile it put on my face to push the handling limits of this car.

You need to get your practice in before the S2Ki meet in Arkansas in the fall. Yes, you are going.

If you're hardcore enough you could do it.

I usually go up on a Thursday or Friday to pre-game a bit. It's soooo worth it though. If you go once, you will never miss it again. Spectacular roads and people. Not to mention Eureka Springs is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in the fall.

There is no better place to enjoy an S. Beer's on me if you do.

captures the sentiment, right? Thanks, man.

Got some pretty good rollers on Sunday...well, Austin (undying dreams) did...was brutal because it was a park road so we couldn't go over about 20mph and he had to keep the shutter open long to capture the wheel but NOT too long to have a lot of shaky for a blurry car.

I'm a dedicated photographer...

Nice pic. But the front tires should have been turned to the right with smoke in the rear tires.

I love seeing builds where the guys could clearly go out and just buy a GTR or Lambo or something but don't. This also makes me laugh at myself for bitching about petty problems with my car.

Is there a 'kit' swap for you guys? The NC swap by V8 Roadsters is north of $40k..

It's not that much heavier and doesn't cause understeer. And sadly until Honda makes a V8 that a consumer can purchase, that's it for Honda-sourced performance unless you go forced induction.

If you read through that guy's build, he does most of the welding/fabricating himself. I'm really really impressed by that...it's really not a pay whatever it cost build.

I read about the electric too, but that didn't leave me any more jaded about the retrofit of a v8 this guy did.

found some impromptu shoot locations on the way home from a work detour today...

Yes, Farukh...don't kill me. Ricardo Flores aka Ricky Flowers is a local member to me, 2 weeks ago Sunday I drove to the warehouse where he lives, bought them and spent a week cleaning them up and then sold the TE37 the same day.

I remember that picture from his FS ad too! He had written that it was his buddy being goofy running the rears on a 25MM spacer! I'm running no spacer, currently...looking at possibly adding an upper balljoint camber kit to just bring the top out a smidge.

Just went back and looked he did mention a spacer being installed. Oh well, i guess it wasnt meant to be, let me know if you ever want to sell them, I might take them off of your hands.
