I had to see my Ear-Nose-Throat doc who gave me some antibiotics and it was all good in a couple days. They scoped my pharynx through my nose though so I got to see what the tear looked like on the video screen, huge bloody abscess.
Let me add this to keep the thread going (following srika's example; click for 1920): http://img829.imageshack.us/img829/6093/911gt3rs4.jpg |

Just like how I want an M3, I dont care if it carries the name that BMW owners are douchebags. no offense to anyone in here lol |
It's all good gents, I'm 90% back to normal and that's the most important thing in the end.
Now, I'm optioning my 991 with the Aqua Blue metallic with grey interior http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4...91carreras.jpg |

My patients who've had ruptured Achilles say it's the worst pain they've ever experienced. It seems to happen in basketball most often. After I ruptured mine, I kept holding pads for another 15 minutes at the dojo then drove myself home stopping to get takeout pizza on the way. Once the adrenaline wore off and I couldn't raise my foot, I knew I was f-cked. Had emergent reconstructive surgery within 20 hours. Worst part of the surgery was the f-ckin anesthesiologist ripping my pharynx (throat) when he intubated me. Friday night surgery and he was prolly in a rush because his wife was bitching at him to pick up the kids or something. The surgery itself was successful and I'm healing twice as fast as expected:wish: Didn't even need physical therapy which is a good thing since I can save coin for my 991 LOL.
Shit also sucks about the tear. I know a girl who got rolled over on by a UTV and nearly died. During the life flight they broke her jaw intubating her. :whyme: But I guess they saved her life. |

Funny how a couple years ago I was never fond of porsches looks. Mainly the 911, but now I'm like drooling over all porsches!! I saw a nice panamera the other day too (yes a panamera lol)
But those GT3 RS/4.0 pic amazing!! |
^^ I am just the opposite. I used to love Porsches now, not so much. Don't get me wrong, I think they are original, good looking and worthy but they are not as "exotic" as they once were IMO. Well, excluding the GT3 RS and CGT. I think Porsche did the right thing by getting rid of the 928 and 944 and sticking to the 911 and then they started making non-911s again... The 928 was a cool car and the 944 was pretty basic, but still cool looking.

^^^^I think I just recently purchased one of those...
...on Gran Turismo 5. :tomato: In all seriousness, those are really cool. Basically, a very limited number made to get past the race rules, if I remember right. |

In the mean time, here's Lamborghini's latest offering; Super Trofeo Stradale. http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/562...igallardol.jpg http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/211...igallardol.jpg http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/9...igallardol.jpg http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/9...igallardol.jpg Personally, I think it should have just been called the Superleggera R or something. The Super Trofeo cars are so much more aggressive looking, that I figured a Stradale version would have reflected it more. |
:zomg: at white One-77... you're dangling a juicy piece of steak in front of me... wow it looks good in white...

It's coming, but we probably won't see it in production til' late 2012. Rumors are that a concept will appear at Geneva next year.

Well it's not listed in your signature so that can't be true.
