No, I was thinking of the Virage because I thought they "discontinued" the DB9 to bring it back under the Virage nameplate (they were practically the same car except for slight differences).

Taking a minute to look it up, you're right. The DB9 never actually changed its design & remained available. They then axed the Virage after 18 months because the clientele couldn't see the differences between it & the DB9 which honestly, anyone could have told them that. Aston continues to design all their cars nearly the same, just different proportions.

Seems afterwards, the DB9 took on the exterior traits of the Virage (which is good, since it doesn't look as dated), but now the car has been in production for a decade. It & the Vantage just look old compared to the Vanquish now.
