Hard video to watch... very easy to listen to. That sounds sick!

So my friend from Wisconsin has been doing some ridiculous engine mods to his TL and inspired me to take this on in the RPsec.

Custom cold air intake fabbed out of existing air box.

Still love it. Working on a possible exhaust change. It's an 8 speed GDI engine.
I'm around 20mpg but honestly I haven't driven much. I work from home and have put 2200 miles on it since I bought it new in March. Yes Kris I know.
Plus we have 2 other vehicles that end getting used more.

Now I'm laid up from hernia surgery so it'll sit for a few more weeks.

nice update!
Was it just for visual upgrade? Or was there an issue with the original wheel already?
Yeah, a year goes by so fast!

Just visual. Always liked the plood wheel but it wasn't available on the RSpec.
Airbag was to get rid of one of the last flying H's on the car.

Driving a Hyundai disqualifies you from ever owning a Ferrari, it's in the rulebook.

Well then the same should be said for those that own an Acura. Guess none of us are getting our Ferrari's.

Love that steering wheel. I'm surprised someone hasn't yelled out, "it's mad KDM, yo!"

Now go drive it!

Used satin 3M vinyl. Took a while to get the shape right. Fits in the indented section between the exhaust.
Going to paint the exhaust surrounds in the bumper flat black with BBQ paint.
It was a very gray day yesterday. Will try to get better shots when the sun is out.
