$850 shipped. We got a small group buy from a vendor.
It retails for over $1200.

Dynomax only has the mufflers which, looking under the car, might be an issue getting to fit. They only make one 2.5" muffler and the outlet is in the center of the can which will make it tricky to get to line up with the bumper cutouts.

That and the custom fab and extra parts just make it not worth the effort.

That is an amazing wrap job. Did not even know doing it like that was possible. Makes me want to get my front end repainted and then have that done to the car since I plan to keep it for another 70k miles at least.

Yeah I think I paid ~$600 for my axlebacks on my TL back in 2000. But then again no one ever said Comptech was cheap.

Its not only comptech, its just working on the Acura platform which is expensive....

Yikes. I've been slowly dismantling my TL. It is nice to know though you can still get good money for used Comptech stuff.

Comment on price... dealers will be looking to move these as the FMC comes in..

http://www.shawneemissionhyundai.com...-KS/1948976583

I bet there is some wiggle room even within that price.

I was able to negotiate a bit better than that.

Teaser sound clips. Not mine and not the best clips but you get an idea. This guy also has the MSA secondary cat deletes which I intend to do as well. My catback arrives Tuesday

Finally had time to install the Magnaflow catback. Wow. Sweet V8 growl. They say it gets better as it breaks in. I'm pretty happy with it right now. Little bit of drone but nothing that bothers me.

Something tells me the aftermarket will start responding to parts for these cars as they start dumping to the used car market. RWD, V8, with some luxury at a relatively low cost of ownership = success

Very nice, not too loud or ostentatious. I think it's the right sound for this car.

Exactly. I don't need to put a fart can on a $40k luxo/sport sedan.

Still contemplating the car deletes. Guy who has them says it sounds so much better and drone is reduced even more (not that's it's really an issue to me).

Deleting the cats will probably make it louder, but cut back on the drone if that makes sense....also, you'll most likely get some exhaust run-off/burble.

People are going to look at the car and wonder how its making that sound.

Love it. Awesome car.

sounds great NSX !!!

I love how the true duals sounds

EDIT: I get the run off burbles from my exhaust and it gives me a boner everytime....while coasting, I tend to downshift her early and hear the burble....aaaah music....
