You can own the car for only $100K.
Not bad for that fast of a car. This
one is located in NY. I don't think
it is the same car. Same set up
though.

Good lord. Short of super dragster cars, I think this may be the fastest 1/4th video I've seen. Yes, I'm encouraging people to show me videos of faster street-lookin' cars.

That is definitely B-A-D!!
But I have yet to hear a Viper whose engine sounded like an engine should. And there is a reason for this. Vipers have 10-cylinder engines. And they are designed so that two cylinders fire at the same time.. which means they fire 144 degrees apart from other pairs (720 degrees in a 4-stroke engine cycle). A V8's cylinders fire at 90 degrees apart. So the Viper engine sounds like a larger 5-cylinder engine which means it sounds ricey.. not at all like a Mustang or a Vette.
But with an 8.95 at over 162 MPH, this car is MOST DEFINITELY a serious bad boy. I'm quite certain that the owner is not too concerned with his 500 cubic inch "5-cylinder" engine sounding like crap.
One other thing. Did you notice the shifting? I would bet there is another 1 to 2/10's of a second in there if he shifting better.
