Nothing on steering wheel works!!

Nothing on steering wheel works!!
All my controls on my steering wheel including my horn do not work on my 92 Acura Legend LS. I checked the fuse and that is ok. Could it be a faulty clock spring? Asking for help if available!!

My money is on a faulty clock spring. If everything is dead including the horn, it's the clock spring.
