Non-Honda OEM crush washer 14mm

My dealer charges $0.55 for one washer and no discounts if I buy more.
So are "ebay" washers just as good? I mean, it's just a crush washer. Do I really need the dealer's washer?
Also, can someone tell me what size the washer is for the auto transmission drain bolt? Is it the same size?
