My buddy just got a new Jetta SEL and he has Leatherette, surprisingly, it did not feel all that bad! Felt pretty damn close to leather and the level of maintenance required isn't such a bad thing either. I saw a number of CCs on the road... it is a nice looking car, still has turbo engine so I could chip it to get some more HP out of it.... Hmmmm....

Or get what Jesal sent me: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

The TL Type-S has held its value well. Crazy how pricey those still are.

Hard to find hot cars (especially Type S) in that age range because no one wants to get rid of a car that is paid off. Hence I still have my '07 RDX with 50kmiles on it. Wanted to trade for something s2000 ish but can't risk car payment in these troubled times.

Here's a wildcard into the mix, 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T? $31,055 fully loaded MSRP.

HP: 274@6000
TQ: 269@1750-4500

Not to shabby!

my buddy just got a base GLS, and i was blown away by how much room that car has. im 5'11" and had the front passenger seat all the way back, and couldnt touch the front of the floorboard.

it also rode very well and you cant beat that warranty.

but as some had mentioned, i really like the CC. they have such a road presence

nobody pays $40k for a CC VR6... on the CC forums people were getting $7-10k off VR6's because everyone buys the 2.0T

I have been looking into CC and I really want one. The only thing is that I haven't seen any VR6 around, and the turbo ones don't come AWD and I don't want another FWD car.

I'd like that car on air bags, some really nice ones out there on bags. Don't know how air suspension would hold up on -40F in the winter. It's probably a bad idea

The CCs that look nice are the fully loaded ones, and they cost way too much!

Luckly M5 owners look out for each other. I knew it was too good to be true.
