It's made of an aerated kevlar/magnesium alloy developed in house to resist the incredible temperatures it develops when powered on. We are currently in negotiations with NASA for an exclusive contract to provide panels for extreme heat stress testing and eventually possible use on the next generation Space Shuttle orbital delivery platform (tentative moniker "X39").
