Almost like the 7-11 Parking lot situation I had Friday night. I just got my Z, never drove stick before, pulled into a local 7-11 parking lot. It was on an incline. I tried to pull out in reverse up the hill, and I ended up rolling forward and stalling it a few times. Thankfully no damage, just a little bruised ego.

Now I am MUCH better thankfully!

BTW, the Z is a b*tch to drive as your first manual car.

In some of the pictures it looks like he did hit the bumper. I am not sure though, it may have been extremely close.

I guess I have never had trouble starting a stick out. Getting it synced for shift still gives me some trouble, but I almost never drive a stick. I learned the clutch at 12 years old, drinving the forklift at the shop But it only has forward and reverse.

I guess this proves that just because you own a 350Z, it doesn't mean that you have ANY brains or driving ability what-so-ever!!!

I had similar incident in a friend's old Hyundai that didn't have power steering -jeezus it was like moving a bus with flat tires. This one made me cringe more though, nothing worse than possibly banging up a brand new car.

Reminds me of the scene in the first Austin Powers movie where he keeps backing up into the wall with the little cart.

Good stuff.
