My look on the Spoon Legend

Hope that this is in the right section, but just a random encounter. I remember pictures being posted of the Spoon RL/Legend and thinking that it looked kinda weird. After seeing it in person, however, I was competely taken aback.

The car was absolutely beautiful, except for all the scars it had from a previous race/races (stickers falling off and some body damage). I was also surprised that there was a a simple clock installed into the dash, after realising that the original dash was still there, with the exception of all the guages, racing seat, little sticker on the tach, and the lack of a real interior. Little things like the cut outs for lights, body moldings all removed with no effort on covering them up, and the holes for the emblems still there, but enough of the stupid things.

Was even more surprised that it was automatic, since I was expecting something along the lines of paddle shifting. Mechanic told me that the tranny was just "blueprinted"(balancing of internals?), or something like that. I still wonder about the exhaust on the car though, but I never asked about it.

Didn't really get pictures of it, since my camera phone took some pictures not worth posting and I'm too cheap to get an actual camera.

Overall, a beautiful carand some things that I didn't expect coming from a race/endurance car. I may be wrong about many things I've said, but hey, I don't really know much anyways.

Near my friends shop in South San Francisco. Was going there to pick up some parts when I saw a the word SPOON on what looked like an RL and thought OH SNAP! Wasn't there after I picked up a car with one of the mechanics at my friends shop though, and it wasn't inside their shop either.
