My Journey from a TL to being a G.....

So I joined here when I bought my 3rd gen TL in 2008.....

Got the mod bug and 4 years later she ended up looking like this....

Then not soon after that...............

Sold the Volks and handed over my baby to my wife....

Then my new love came into my life.....This was with a few mods..Upgrading wheels, sidemarkers, and black roof..
My Journey from a TL to being a G.....-mdrczual.jpg

Mod bug bit me hard......dropped it slightly on springs and upgraded hood and trunk...and new front bumper.

Decided to lower some more, and throw on some wheels...This is how she sits today.....

I like your TL a lot better, but at least you have both now. If I pass a G and a TL on the road, the TL will turn my head every time. You've made the G look nice though. What are the future plans?

I have a special place in my heart for Infiniti after my FX-45. Love' em.

Both cars look great. Love the G. I think I miss the sound of that 4.5 in that FX more than any car to date (including the Boxster).

Well done!

Nice G! How's it compare to the TL? Power, interior, handling, build quality?

Nice cars. I went from my Supercharged 3G to a 04 G35s and put Turbonetics Turbo Kit on it. I loved that car and I must say it was way more fun then the Acura. But I never fell in love with how it looked. So I sold it and went back to a TL for a daily driver while I build my next project!

Those Forged 19's were always the best looking wheel on that car. I send mine out and have the barrel extended to make the rear wheels 10" wide.

Both cars are tastefully modded and extremely clean. Nice work! The G/Z's are definitely way more fun to drive versus the TL. The options for boost and aftermarket parts for a G/Z is endless. I've built my Z for the past 4 years and don't ever plan on selling it. I've only just started modding my new TL. From a luxury standpoint, the TL dominates at least over my Z.
