and honestly, i've kinda given up being over protective. I never really enjoyed it as much as i do now. Its been picking it up some scuffs and scratches from branches and what not.

there is so much mud in places that i think it can never be cleaned up all the way. And I have no idea wtf to do with the headlights now. I dont like the projector ones on the 13's
And it was an absolute blast!

Or clean the truck up and take it to Ford and see if they'll warranty them (clean so they don't see the extent of the mudding you've been doing).
I love the fact that you're using the truck for what it is intended, but part of me cringes at the fact that it'll be a relatively new truck with scratches and scuffs that make it look old. Are most of the scuffs on the bottom half? Maybe pick a point on the side of the truck and just do bedliner along the whole bottom half so it hides the damage, protects from future damage and looks intentional.

You cant bake the Raptor headlights open. THey are sealed using permaseal .
Baking them may soften the permaseal enough to force open the lights but there is a strong chance of damaging the lights in the process.
The mud probably got in from the cavity between the headlight reflector and the headlight housing, there is a rubber grommet that seals that cavity but it can easily come loose due to the kind of off roading you do.

What ever you do, dont break the clips on the fender flares. For what ever FUCKED up reason, Ford decided to NOT sell the removable clips that holds them on. Instead they want you to purchase a 450+ fender flare instead of a $1.00 clip. (found out the hard way after painting my buddies flares and bumpers) sorry for the crappy cell pic while raining

Man that looks like so much fun. Glad to see your Raptor is being used, unlike the 1 or 2 local to me that look like they've never seen mud...

Just a regular hand wash. It cleans up pretty good. Engine bay can be pressure washed.
plus, I have several light scratches from bushes and what not that I stopped caring about. Buffing it out once a year should take care of them.

Seriously, that looks like real fun! I love it when someone uses their vehicle as designed.
What did you do about your middied up headlights, though?
