Guess the main criteria was price, as far as explaining why the Cayman is in this group... and they weren't comparing the cars to each other really... still worth a look, there is some good footage. They got 11.9 @ 124 for the Z06 and 12.5 @ 118 for the Viper.. (13.4 @ 105 for the Cayman). They did say the Cayman was more predictable and flatfooted than the other 2... gee, shock of the century..

unrelated banter: I haven't watched Motorweek in a long time... but I used to watch it weekly - I h8 to h8 on it, but damn - I don't know if they are trying to make Jim Davis sound more interesting or what, but the way he's talking in this video - it sounds like one of the producers asked him to make an effort to sound more vibrant and interesting. Its kinda sad, really.

Thanks! It's cool seeing these cars go around the track, but in typical Motor Week fashion, they say very little. Why not rank the 3 cars? Why not show a detailed comparison of all 3 on the screen (performance figures, price, lap times, etc..)?

Definitley pales in comparison to a show like Top Gear

Top gear is not so politically correct. Thus, the Cayman would have looked pathetic when compared to cars with 200HP more and one maybe even costing less.
