MDX lease (whats a smokin deal?)
I wanna lease an 07 MDX for the fiance and hopefully before the '08s start rollin in for deal making sake. My question. What should I expect to pay for a tech package MDX on a 36-48 month lease with 12k/year. What are yall paying and what are your terms? Thanks

If the MDX has similar 08 programs as the RDX, you'll get a better lease deal on a 08 than a 07. Money factor and residual both better on a 08 versus a 07.
Didn't research the MDX in my RDX search, so your mileage may vary.
Plus, you would have better luck discussing particulars on a MDX lease here:

also this is my first time to lease so no but is a lease not like a purchase where it is best to get the last year model for a better deal?

You should research lease v buying and know the particulars of a lease calculation BEFORE talking to a dealer...or they'll see you coming from 12,000 miles away.

Sound advice above, learn everything you can about leasing....money down, buy rates, residuals, front end/back end profit, etc.
People who generally bad mouth leasing for example 1) Don't understand how leasing works and/or 2) Has been ripped off on a lease as a result of not understanding.
Don't be that person.
