you should check out the for sale section on e46fanatics.com theres an '03.5 m3 for 33k in tx with about the same milage as the one you where looking at and it has full extended warrenty etc.

Yeah, you'll need it for those crazy Kali winters.

To me, unless you need the 4 doors or the AWD. There is very little incentive to buying a used S4.
